    Why does the Wake-On-Lan (WOL) functionality for CTOUCH touchscreens not work in my organisation?

    For the Wake-On-Lan functionality, a wired internet connection is required and at least 1 CTOUCH touchscreen in the same network must be online already. Also see User Manual Sphere
