    Can I upgrade my Heartbeat FIT subscription to Heartbeat Safe via Sphere?

    Upgrading your Heartbeat subscription to Heartbeat SAFE can be arranged in Sphere and is available for all CTOUCH Riva R2/D2 and Neo touchscreens with a FIT subscription.

    1. Press the “Update subscriptions” button at the lower left of the screen

     

    2. Select all touchscreens you want to upgrade to a Heartbeat SAFE subscription. 

    The selected screen will show the desired action at the right (FIT-> SAFE) The total number of screens that are selected for upgrading to Heartbeat Safe will appear at the bottom!

     

    3. Click to confirm your upgrade.
