What does it mean to allow CTOUCH Service access to provide support?
Besides the possibility for an end user to give their dealer/reseller permission to manage the touchscreens, it is also possible to give permission for CTOUCH Service to access the touchscreens of the end user. This permission can be entered in the settings of Sphere. This is not meant for managing the touchscreens for an end user, but to give more extended support in case the end user needs this (in case of any problems).
