I want to allow my dealer/reseller and/or CTOUCH to manage my screens. How can I do that and what if I no longer want to?
The end user can give permission to the dealer/reseller and/or CTOUCH to manage the screens of the end user. Giving permission to a dealer is done because of Service Level Agreements between dealer and end user. Giving permission to CTOUCH is basically needed to apply for extended service. See How to….
If you want to revoke this permission, you can do this easily by removing the dealer code in your Sphere settings or revoke the permission for CTOUCH to manage your screens.
