What is a connect code? How does generating a connect code work? And what if I lose it?

A connection code (connect code) is used to register one or more CTOUCH touchscreens and link these screens to Sphere. With the registration, you are assured to apply for an extended warranty for your CTOUCH touchscreens and linking this touchscreen to Sphere ensures that the screen can be managed (remotely). Also, Heartbeat subscriptions can be managed in Sphere. 

You can check already generated codes in the Sphere settings in case you forgot the connect code. It is also possible to delete or generate a new connect code.
