How to remotely manage Neo?

In the setup wizard you are asked to insert your organization’s Sphere registration code. This will add the Neo screen to your Sphere account, allowing you to remote manage the screen from the Sphere web interface.

In addition, Neo has a local RS232 control interface and a network HTTP JSON API. Both can be used to manage the Neo screen. Specifications of both interfaces can be found on the CTOUCH support page for Neo under documentation.
