How can I change favorite apps on home screen?

You can only change the browser. When going through the startup wizard during install, you can choose whether or not to install the Chromium browser when in the security tab.

Other than that, apps on the homes screen cannot be changed (you also cannot install other apps on Neo, for more information see this article).
