What security levels are supported? What do they do?
Better safe than sorry!
As you go through the setup wizard during installation, you will be prompted to set the security level for your CTOUCH Neo display. Also you can check the box below to install an Internet Browser (Chromium).
In most cases the pre-selected Standard will suffice, see details below to see if it meets your security requirements:
What do they do?
- USB is only used for touch-out. Connected devices (for instance mouse, keyboard and/or camera’s).
- USB-sticks, Storage and Data is not supported.
- No Data is stored on the screen (browser data caches, cookies, history, bookmarks, log-in data, etc).
- USB can be used both for touch & storage or other (mouse, keyboard, camera, etc).
- No Data is stored on the screen (browser data caches, cookies, history, bookmarks, log-in data, etc).
- USB can be used both for touch & storage or other (mouse, keyboard, camera, etc).
- Data can be stored on the Neo screen and browser data (caches, cookies, history, bookmarks, log-in data, etc.) are not cleared after usage.
*Be careful with this setting, private and/or confidential data may be kept on the screen and are accessible to other users when they use the screen.
