Which CTOUCH OPS supports Windows 11?
With Windows 11 announced by Microsoft and released in October 2021, you might want to upgrade your current Windows 10 to the new Windows 11. Before you can do so, please check if your hardware meets the requirements for Windows 11 as set by Microsoft:
Use the PC Health Check-app to see if your current PC meets the requirements for Windows 11:
Download PC Health Check-App from Microsoft.
Important: If you are using one of the CTOUCH provided software solutions which is based on Windows 10, please check upfront if that is (already) supported by Windows 11. If there is no confirmation it is supported, do NOT upgrade to Windows 11 to prevent any issue.
Based on the known information, below table is created reflecting the support of the CTOUCH OPS models for Windows 11. Models from before 2018 (EasyAirPC & SIK-17xC) are anyway not supported by Windows 11 as they lack TPM2.0 support.
Note: Table is only based on known support for the CPU & TPM2.0 and not on (all) other mandatory requirements. Please check all requirements with the Microsoft Health Check-App to prevent any disappointment. The Microsoft Health Check-App is in any case the leading one in case there is a difference with below table.

The download link contains a zip file which in itself contains the right BIOS and the procedure on how to upgrade. Only after the BIOS is successful upgraded, the OPS will support the Windows 11 installation. Note that TPM needs to be enabled in the BIOS. See article below for details:
After the BIOS is updated you have to perform a clean install of Windows 11. Upgrading via Windows 10 is not supported!
