    What are the requirements for CTOUCH Pro?

    Supported infrastructures

    CTOUCH Pro is compatible with:

    • Office 365 (so online/cloud based) where a room/resource account is mandatory.

    Not supported:

    • Hybrid configuration and/or any on-premise infrastructure.

    Licenses

    The following licenses are required to use CTOUCH Pro/Kickle:

    • CTOUCH Pro needs Microsoft Exchange Online but does not need an Exchange license for the room mailboxes (Room mailboxes do not require a license according Microsoft).
