Why can my sharing device see the AirServer on the Canvas and can connect, but don’t see my screen mirrored?

It is important that the Canvas touchscreen and your sharing device are on the same network. If you are on different networks, it can be possible that the video stream is blocked by the network and will not show on the screen (this may happen for instance when the screen on the corporate network and your sharing device on the guest network).
