Note: Below is only about the For Teams Go software. The Microsoft Teams Client is not managed via the CTOUCH software but via the Microsoft Teams Client itself (so please check the Teams client for update).
The For Teams Go will work great right away, but we are constantly fine tuning and improving its functionality to give you the best performance possible. For that fact always check if you are running the latest software version available. Follow the steps below to check if you are up to date.
1. Enter the 'For Teams Go Admin Page' by pressing the [Whiteboard] button for about 5 seconds.
2. After 5 holding it for 5 seconds the 'For Teams Go Admin Page' page will now be displayed on the left side of your screen.
3. Press the [Update now] button to start the update process. If a newer version is available, the device will download it and install it automatically. During the installation of the latest version, the Pro will restart. After the restart, you can use your device again.
*In case there is no (or restricted) internet connection you will receive an error message "Update interrupted, please retry later". In this situation also check if there are any restrictions which are preventing to connect with the update server.
