How to get help on your For Teams via remote assistance?
Microsoft Quick Assist is a Windows 10 app that enables For Teams users to share their device application through a remote connection so that support agents can help to explain certain functionality or resolve their problems.
Information :
- The remote user requires the code from the support agent from your dealer.
- Please make sure that the internet is available during the remote session.
To accomplish this, follow the steps below :
Step 1: On the application screen, tap the Whiteboard icons for about 9 seconds
Step 2: After 9 seconds, detailed information will appear. Then select the Remote assistance tools.
Step 3: With the remote assistant app, For Teams users must enter the code provided by the support agent and tap on the Share screen.
Step 4: Before the share screen session starts, For Teams users must give permission by clicking the Allow button on the Share your screen. This is to activate the screen view for the support agent.

Once the share screen session has started, the agent providing support will see the remote screen.
