What to do when you cannot write in the Flatfrog Software?

There was a touch bug in Windows 10 update 20H1/Version 2004 when PC went into sleep mode.
This has now been solved by Microsoft and is fixed with update ‘20H2’. Therefore we advise you to update to the latest Windows update (or at least 20H2).  

Please note that our new production OPSes now also have the newest Windows version on them. But some resellers could still have old stock of the 20H1 version. So please check the version and update it if needed, even if you bought a CTOUCH OPS/BRIX module.
