How do I know if my credits for Radix are added correctly?

When enrolling your CTOUCH Riva into Radix Viso within one year after buying the display, you will get a 5-year license for free. Your screen should be enrolled successfully by following the steps mentioned in the manual, which can be found here.

If you want to be sure everything went well you should check the number of credits added to your account. You can find the explanation how to check this here. On this page you will also find the explanation of how the credits are used and credited.

Please note: We will add your 5-year licence in 5 phases, adding 365 credits per display per year. So after registering your display you will see 365 credits per display. After 1 year another 365 credits will be added, and so on until the 5-year period is over. So you will not get 1.825 credits (5 * 365 credits) added into your account at once.
