How to update the firmware?

The canvas screen does not have the option to download firmware over the air (OTA). 

To update or reset the firmware of the screen you will need to download it from our helpcenter and update it via a USB stick. When you download the firmware you will receive a zipped file. If you open this you will find the "read-me" on how to update the firmware.
