How does touch feedback via USB-C cable work in the Riva?
Riva Series offers a new possibility to have touch feedback besides the connection done with HDMI and USB-Type B cable.
The new standard USB-C offers the opportunity to have video signal, touch feedback and charging of your device using a single cable, a USB-C cable.
How to connect your notebook with USB-C (Windows or Macbook) to CTOUCH Riva series display?
In the box, you can find a USB-C cable which supports video signal, touch feedback and charging. Connect the cable between Windows notebook or MacBook and Riva series display. Switch the Riva display to USB-C input.
Riva Series will show the signal from Windows notebook or MacBook and will enable the touch functionality.
For Windows devices touch feedback supports 20 points of touch.
For macOS devices (Macbook, iMacs), by default, only one point of touch is supported. If you want to active multiple points of touch and gesture you need to install UPDD driver for Mac.
How to install and enable UPDD driver on Mac is described here.
