Why does my Leddura 2Meet shows "Demo unit" in the bottom right corner?
2Meet Skype for Business uses the MAC address of the network adapter to check if the license is valid and belongs to that specific unit. 2Meet Skype for Business is installed on the OPS has two wired network adapters available; one from the CTOUCH display and one from Intel OPS. We decide to use the Intel OPS network adapter Mac address to generate and validate the license for Skype for Business. Additional to that, the Intel NUC network adapter is a gigabit level adapter with superior speed and bandwidth for the network traffic.
As a result, if the network cable is connected in the CTOUCH display adapter, it is possible to see the "Demo Unit" message.
To remove the message, connect the ethernet cable in the network adapter (RJ-45) of Intel OPS and restart the device. After the restart, the message will not be visible anymore.
