    How can I check which software version is installed on my CTOUCH Essentials?

    Checking the current software version of your CTOUCH Essentials is a very simple process. Please follow the steps below:

    1. Locate the [Whiteboard] button (first button on the left side of your screen).

    2. keep the [Whiteboard] button pressed for 5 seconds until the CTOUCH Essentials Admin page will be displayed on the left side of the screen.

    "Version" will show the current version of the application.

    "Reboot now" will restart the CTOUCH Essentials.  

    "Update now" will check if there is a new version of CTOUCH Essentials software is available. If a newer version is available, the device will download it and install it. During the installation of the latest version, the CTOUCH Essentials will restart automatically. After the restart you can use your device again.
