Leddura 2Meet Administration WebInterface options
Leddura 2Meet Administration web interface offers a few options to configure and change the behaviour of the device to match your needs based on the network configuration and company needs. In this article, you will find a brief explanation for all the options.
TIP: After you made all changes press the REBOOT button to apply changes. The 2Meet will restart with the new settings.
System Information
System information will give details about Name of device, application version number, Ethernet and wireless Mac Address. Also, it allows you to change the following options:
BetaPreview: This option is designed for integrators to test new versions of software that will be released. Not recommended to end user
Admin mode: this option grant access to the underlying OS for changes, maintenance tasks or debugging.
Keyboard language: Choose the layout of the keyboard displayed on the screen or connected via USB.
Timezone: The timezone and the option under will help you set up the correct time on the unit.
Restrictions
Restrictions can be imposed when you book the room, USB flash drives and sending emails with meeting or with files generated during the session.
Licensing
It will display the status of the Kickle license. If the license is invalid, the product will restart after 5 min.
Display Settings
Change size: will allow you to select the size of text and apps. Select 100% since it the most optimal size. All other values are for future developments and are currently not supported.
Turn off screen: allows you to choose the time after which the show will go to standby. Please select a value suitable for your needs.
Authentication
It allows you to change and save the Exchange and Skype for Business accounts. After you made the changes press SAVE.
Test
It gives you the options to test Skype for Business and Exchange settings. After you made changes you should test them.
Webservice Exchange
Webservice address for Exchange server. If you use Office 365 the default address is: https://outlook.office365.com/ews/exchange.asmx
Network
The network section allows you to change the network configuration for the Kickle application and the underlying OS. These options are NOT linked to router configuration and replacing them might lock you out of the system. Do not make any changes before you analysed and enabled the correct router configuration.
Proxy Settings
Proxy configuration page allows you to fill all the details of your proxy if you are using one. We do not recommend the usage of proxy if possible due to compatibility problems with Skype for Business and office 365. If you don't have a proxy configuration leave the fields empty.
Add certificate
For the on-premise Exchange server, here you can add the SSL certificate for proper authentication.
Wireless display
Wireless display is important and requires configuration if you use Voila application for screen sharing. Check Voila how-to
Browser settings
Change the proxy setting and favourites for the Kickle integrated web browser.
Room Booking settings
Auto cancel meeting after 0 minutes without joining any participants.
Templates
Personalise the email template send for meeting invitations.
Customization
Allows you to change the Home Screen background.
Updates
You can check the Kickle version, check for cloud update and do a manual upgrade of the application with an offline file.
