Leddura 2Meet Installation guide
CTOUCH Leddura 2Meet is the ideal meeting collaboration system designed for lean and agile teams that focus on increased efficiency, productivity and collaboration.
Based on Skype of Business Office 365, our solution responds to the rapidly changing needs of the corporate working environment.
The installation guide will describe and guide you through the first-time installation process. For more information about the functionality of 2Meet, please check the user manual for the FAQ section of our website.
Before installation
Make sure that 2Meet is mounted correctly on the wall or the rolling stand. As the internet connection is a vital component in the functionality of the 2Meet, check and confirm that wired internet connection is available. The CTOUCH 2Meet requires that wired internet connection is "open" without any redirects to the web browser for accepting license agreement or inputs for username and password. Because it is the first installation, we recommend reading the documentation of the main application used on our 2Meet.
Installation procedure
1. Connect the main power cable
Make sure that power switch located next to the power input is on the zero position. Connect the main power cable and press the power switch to switch on the unit.
The unit will boot up for around 30 seconds. Wait until you see the installation wizard from below.
2. Proceed to router configuration.
Configure the built-in router for your specific situation. By default, the router configuration is the gateway mode. The guide for router configuration can be found here: Router Configuration
After you finished the router configuration, you can proceed to actual installation.
3. Start the installation process.
The first screen that you will see is the language selection. Select the desired language option and press "START".
Select the location where the screen is located. Press "Next" after you made your selection.
Select the energy mode that you desire and press "Next" to proceed
The configuration screen for the Kickle application will appear (like the picture below). The Kickle application is the core of Leddura 2Meet and integrates Skype of Business, Exchange and Whiteboard functionality for complete functionality during meetings and calls.
Now we will proceed to Kickle application configuration. Make sure that you have the Skype for Business and Office 365 (Exchange) credentials.
Press on the red circle to start the configuration.
The first step is the selection of the language, keyboard language (layout) and the time zone.
The language selected will be displayed by Kickle application. Keyboard language (layout) is the type of keyboard shown on the screen. Time zone will determine how correct time is displayed.
After you made all selections based on your preferences press "Next".
The following screen is for Network configuration.
Network configuration will give the option to configure a static IP address or DHCP allocation for the computer that hosts the Kickle application. We recommend using the DHCP option. If you need to use the static IP configuration make sure that first, you configured the router in bridge mode. Fill in all the details for your static configuration. If the router is in gateway mode, do NOT use static IP addresses as it will break the connection between Kickle application and external access. Press "Next" to continue to Proxy settings.
Proxy configuration page allows you to fill all the details of your proxy if you are using one. We do not recommend the usage of proxy if possible due to compatibility problems with Skype for Business and office 365. If you don't have a proxy configuration, press "Next" without filling in any details.
Authentication section requires to input the Skype for Business Credentials.
Skype is Office 365 checkbox is for cases when Office 365 and Skype for Business are included into one application available over the internet. The username (SIP) and login are usually identical, but if you are not sure check with your IT administrator. Input the password and press the "Test" button. If credentials are valid and application can reach the Skype, the test result will be OK.
If the test fails, check credentials and if the Skype server is accessible from the same network as Kickle application.
Note: An easy test is to test the credentials and connection via a web browser on a laptop connected in the same network.
After the connection is Ok, you will need to fill in the exchange credentials. Press Test button to validate the connection to Office 365 or Exchange server.
If you use Office 365 online, at "Web service Address" insert the address of the Office 365 server online https://outlook.office365.com/ews/exchange.asmx
If both tests are OK, the "Next" button will become active. Press "Next".
System screen will allow you to select the size of text and apps. Select 100% since it the most optimal size. All other values are for future developments and are currently not supported.
Turn off screen allows you to choose the time after which the show will go to standby. Please select a value suitable for your needs. Press "Next" when complete.
