How can I update the Leddura 2Meet?
WARNING! Firmware Update is a responsible operation, during which control software of the device will be changed. All damage induced by the upgrade will void warranty and might require treatment by the service center. Please contact your dealer/reseller to get your set upgraded to the latest release.
There's five ways to update your Leddura 2Meet/Kickle:
- One by one from the cloud portal.
- Massively from the cloud portal.
- Directly on Leddura 2Meet/Kickle but from a remote computer.
- Directly on Leddura 2Meet/Kickle using the integrated web browser.
- Using the "auto-update" feature.
1. Updating from Portal.Kickle.com
From any computer, browse to the administration cloud platform (http://portal.kickle.com).
Click on "manage Kickles"

Select your device and click on the upgrade/downgrade (sync symbol) icon, on the right.
NOTE:
You can update "online" 2Meets/Kickles only. Offline 2Meets/Kickles can not be upgraded remotely.
Select the version you need then click on "upgrade".
2. Massive updating from Portal.Kickle.com
From any computer, browse to the administration cloud platform (http://portal.kickle.com).
Select "manage updates".
Select the 2Meets/Kickles you would like to update. A window will pop-up.
Then Click on Upgrade Now.
NOTE:
You can update "online" 2Meets/Kickles only. Offline 2Meets/Kickles can not be upgraded remotely.
3. Auto-update feature
From any computer, browse to the administration cloud platform (http://portal.kickle.com).
Select "manage updates".
Select the 2Meet/Kickle you would like to set.
Select the auto-update delay.
- Deactivated means that this 2Meet/Kickle will never automatically update. You will need to update your 2Meet/Kickle manually.
- 1 day means this 2Meet/Kickle will automatically update 1 day after a new version is available.
- 5 days means this 2Meet/Kickle will automatically update 5 days after a new version is available.
- etc.
The 2Meet/Kickle will download the installation files from 9 pm to 2:00 am.
The update occurs at 3:00 am, after the automatic reboot.
EXAMPLE:
You set the auto-update delay to 10 days. A new release is available the 1st of March.
The 2Meet/Kickle will download the installation files the 9th of March between 9 pm (the 9th) and 2:00 am (the 10th).
The 2Meet/Kickle will update at 3:00 am the 10th of March.
If a new update is available the 7th of March (so 7 days after the previous one), this update will be automatically installed the 17th of March.
4. Updating from remote computer:
From the remote computer on the same sub-network or through the 2Meet/Kickle embedded browser, browse to your 2Meet/Kickle website (http://ip-address-of-kickle).
NOTE:
From the 2Meet/Kickle screen, press CTRL+TAB and help menu will appear on the screen. Select Information to check 2Meet/Kickle IP address.
Reconnect using the administrator account.
If an update is available, the update now button will appear.
Click on update now. Update will download and install automatically. Reboot may be required
5. Updating from the KICKLE meeting room screen:
Press the call button.
Select browser from the 2Meet/Kickle navigation bar.
Type https://localhost/ on the 2Meet/Kickle browser and 2Meet/Kickle web configuration page will appear.
Fill the credential given by 2Meet/Kickle admin support.
INFORMATION
please ask 2Meet/Kickle admin support for the credential.
Select the update now button. 2Meet/Kickle will start automatically the update process.
Wait until "Update Successfully Completed".
