• If you use the latest version of Chrome for Windows 10 (Chrome version 76.0.3809), Voila (sender) doesn't work.

The following issues have been resolved:

Miscellaneous:

• When you attach a document to your meeting invitation, the attached document doesn't display when it should.
• Sometimes, Leddura 2Meet looses its configuration. You need to reboot your Leddura 2Meet to recover your configuration
• Sometimes, the "sound mixer" windows appears after you reboot your device.

Wireless display (voila):

• If Leddura 2Meet displays the whiteboard and if you try to display your device with Voila (sender) at the same time, Voila doesn't work. Kickle still displays the tutorial when it should display your device.

 

Version 2.0.19063 (March, 2019)

The following issues have been resolved:

Miscellaneous:

• When you click on a PDF link in the web browser, the PDF opens in the web-browser when it should open with the PDF reader.
• If you use Firefox and you connect to the cloud platform or to the local management website, you have to click on "reboot" twice to remotely reboot the 2Meet.

Videoconferencing:

• You can now join audio conferences that require a code to join (or that require DTMF input).
  To enter the code, click on the phone icon at the top left of the keyboard.
  
  

Wireless display (Voila):

• Sometimes, the code does not display.
• If the network is poor, you may be disconnected from Voila; however, Voila says you are still connected.
• If you change the screen resolution of the "sender" while using Voila, Voila does not conform properly to the screen.
• If you enter a wrong code on Voila, the timeout is unreasonably long.

Whiteboard:

• When you use the whiteboard templates, sometimes the whiteboard preview is cropped when you want to save your pages.
• Sometimes, the color palette disappears.

Network:

• If the Exchange Server is not available, 2Meet says that Exchange Server is not available. However, if the Exchange Server becomes available again, 2Meet continues to say that Exchange Server is not available.

 

Version 2.0.18346 (December, 2018)

Cloud platform:

• You can now allow your 2Meet to automatically update whenever a new update is available.

The following issues have been resolved:

Whiteboard:

• Sometimes, the eraser remains stuck on the whiteboard.
• On some screens, it's not possible to make a simple dot on the whiteboard.

Cloud platform:

• The 2Meet appear as offline on cloud management while they are online.
   NOTE: 
  The 2Meets are sending too many useless requests to the cloud portal. Due to the increasing number of 2Meets, the cloud portal is not able to respond, and displays 2Meets as offline while they are not. This update gets rid of these useless requests. We estimate that the 2Meet/Kickle cloud platform will be back to normal when 70% of the 2Meets have been updated.

Voila:

• If you display your screen with Voila and the network fails, Voila says that you're still presenting while you are not.

Mirrorop:

• Sometimes, MirrorOp displays the Voila code instead of the MirrorOp code.

Videoconferencing:

• The 3 buttons "call, mute, hang-up" are now placed just below the local webcam. That way, when there's a Skype screen sharing, the remote attendee does not see a black box on the top middle of its screen.

Miscellaneous:

• If you update your 2Meet and the network fails, the update does not automatically revert, while it should.
• The daylight savings time trigger did not work.
• If you power off the screen, or if you change the screen source during a meeting, the homepage is cropped.
• When scrolling on the YouTube page in the browser, if you click on the search toolbox, the keyboard always pops up.

 

Version 2.0.18297 (November, 2018)

Voila:

• When you display your screen with Voila, there's now a small window that indicates that you are sharing your screen.

 

Local administration page:

• You can now update your Leddura 2Meet locally, without any network connection.

The following issues have been resolved:

Videoconferencing:

• When Leddura 2Meet receives a direct call, sometimes the remote attendee appears twice.
• We have moved the "maximize / minimize" buttons to the local webcam window, so that during screen sharing, the remote attendee can now see the entire screen.
  
  

Whiteboard:

• Sometimes, the eraser stays on the screen.

Cloud platform:

• If you hit enter twice on the authentication page on the local admin page, you get a blank page when you should just connect to the website.

Voila:

• If you click on Voila multiple times, it start multiple times when it should not.

Miscellaneous:

• You can now use VIA (UK Skype for Business provider) with Leddura 2Meet.
• Sometimes, the count-down when you leave the session remains at zero.

Wireless display:

• Voila (receiver side, therefore on kickle) has been improved to consume less memory and CPU. Overall Kickle performance is better.

• The overall response time of the cloud portal has been improved.

The following issues has been resolved:

Videoconferencing:

• Sometimes, when you make a call from 2Meet, the remote attendee receives an audio call when he should receive a video call.
  

That means you do not see the video of the remote attendee on the 2Meet side.
This issue occurs especially on On-premises infrastructures, but can also occur on Office 365. This is due to the server not sending the information required to activate the video stream. This issue is the result of the server being temporarily unavailable (for just a few milliseconds). To get around this issue, the 2Meet will just re-request the information if needed.

• Sometimes, the window to send a Skype invite does not appear. This happens when you send an invite to a remote attendee, then you close the window, then you try to send an invite again.
• When there's a Skype sharing, if you click on the Skype address list, the keyboard does not appear while it should.
• If your network takes time to send an IP address to your 2Meet (because of a network issue), videoconferencing does not work event if you restart your 2Meet.
• When i already use voila, i make a call , voila does not share automatically into the Skype conference.

Miscellaneous:

• The daylight toggle does not work when you use the configuration assistant.
• If you change the source of the screen, sometimes, the two lateral bars disappear.

Version 2.0.18264 (September, 2018)

New features:

Whiteboard:

• Whiteboard ink has been slightly improved.

Videoconference:

• If the network is bad, I get a notification.
• If the room doesn't have the presenter permission, you now get a notification if you try to share.
• You can now use the Logitech meetup remote to hang up or mute a call.

Wireless display

• If you're disconnected from Voila because of a bad network, 2Meet tries to reconnect you automatically.
• If the network is bad, you get a warning.

 

The following issues have been resolved:

Whiteboard:

Videoconference:

• Sometimes, the (local) webcam is grey.

• If I start the web browser and then start a call, the web browser is not automatically shared via the Skype conference.

• If you're in a call and you open the whiteboard, the whiteboard is cropped at the bottom.
• The remote control via Skype for additional apps does not work.

Wireless display

• The OSD keyboard does not work with Mirrorop.
• Sometimes, the MirrorOp code disappears.

• MirrorOp performs poorly with the Awind sender.

Version 2.0.18249 (September, 2018)

The following issues have been resolved:

Wireless display:

• You can now use "special keys" (é, ç, &, etc.) in Voila.
• When you quit Voila or MirrorOp (from the 2Meet screen), sometimes the tutorial does not display when it should.
• When displaying your device with Voila or MirrorOp on the 2Meet homepage, and then you close Voila or Mirrorop, Kickle does not automatically return to the homepage as it should.
• When the 2Meet is NOT on the homepage (i.e., in a meeting), and you are displaying your device with Voila or MirrorOp, and then you close Voila or Mirrorop, 2Meet tries to close the meeting when it should not.
• Sometimes, the MirrorOp code disappears from the 2Meet homepage.
• Sometimes, the Voila sender fails to install.

 

Videoconferencing:

• The presence status that displays while searching for a contact is not correct.
• When a network failure occurs during a videoconference, the remote participant sometimes still appears in gallery view when they should not.
• When 2Meet receives an incoming call, no button appears to switch into full video mode when one should appear.
• When a 2Meet calls another 2Meet, screen sharing does not work on the first try.
• If you hang up from 2Meet while a remote participant is presenting, the sharing icon is still visible in the sidebars when it should not be.
• The presence status of the "call" notification remains green when it should be displaying the actual presence status.

 

Miscellaneous:

• If the Microsoft Exchange account is different from the Skype account, there's no warning if the Exchange password is incorrect.
• If you change the time format, it applies only to the timeline when it should also apply to the homepage clock.
• Sometimes, 2Meet displays a green notification saying "network is connected" even when there was no disconnection.
• Sometimes, there's only one button on the homepage (only the whiteboard icon) when 2Meet should be displaying three icons (call, wireless display, and whiteboard).
• When you configure 2Meet for the first time using the assistant, and the Office 365 user consent has not been set, 2Meet says "cannot create the token" when it should say "verify that consent has been set".
• On certain YouTube videos, you get an error message saying "navigation error -27".
• Sometimes, the keyboard is cropped. This occurs when the screen is not yet on when the NUC of 2Meet starts.

 

Whiteboard:

• If you create several whiteboards, then delete one, then update another one, the order is not correct when you click on the wallet icon.
• Sometimes, "touch" does not work.
• If you delete all the whiteboards, you can then not make a new screenshot as you should be able to.
• If the top left whiteboard from the mosaic is the current whiteboard, the next screenshot fails.

Version 2.0.18204 (July, 2018)

Wireless display solution:

• You can now use VOILA, our new wireless display solution, as a beta feature.
  To activate VOILA, just go to the admin page and under "wireless display", select"Voila".

Web-browser:

• When I leave the session, after having used the web-browser, and then I start a new meeting, sometimes the browser doesn't launch on the first try while it should (I need to type it twice).

 

Wireless display:

• When I disconnect from MirrorOp, sometimes the tutorial doesn't display, while it should.

Miscellaneous:

• On windows version 1709, there's two keyboards popping up. Only the new one should appear.
• Sometimes the keyboard is not working well (some keys are deactivated).

Wireless display:

• The MirrorOp resolution in quadview is very bad.

 

Version 2.0.18150 (June, 2018)

The 1803 version of Windows 10 conflicts with Leddura 2Meet:

• The keyboard is not working well. Sometimes, the keyboard does not appear at all. This is due to a change in the Keyboard from Microsoft.
• The whiteboard is not working at all, while annotation is working well. This issue is due to a change of behaviour in the touch events management by Microsoft.

These 2 issues will likely be solved by Microsoft directly in a future update. As the impact is critical, we are engineering a workaround.

This version will:

• Replace the existing native Windows keyboard with a new keyboard.

• Resolve the whiteboard issue.
• Reactivate the Windows updates (configured with the "semi annual channel" mode).

Version 2.0.18127 (May, 2018)

The 1803 version of Windows 10 conflicts with Leddura 2Meet/Kickle. This version (2.0.18127) will temporarily deactivate Windows updates until Microsoft fixes this issue, or until we find a workaround. Note that we are actively working on this workaround.

The following issues have been resolved:

Administration:

• Sometimes, the local administration website is not available. The only way to configure your device is to use the cloud administration portal. This problem is due to the wireless presentation system (mirrorop) using the http port 443, which it should not. This problem is now resolved.

Miscellaneous:

• Sometimes, the sub-menu (left side menu bar) does not extend.
• The daylight toggle was not working.
• On some network configurations, the "allow ping" feature was not working.
• When you open a PDF, then go to the workspace, then go back to the PDF, the PDF shows a white page.
• The "favorites" feature for the integrated web browser was not working well. Sometimes, "favorites" were not displayed.
• Dutch language translation improvements.

Room booking:

• Sometimes, the room booking auto-cancellation feature is not working.

The following issues have been resolved:

Miscellaneous:

• Keyboard does not appear when it should be appearing automatically.
• If you set Leddura 2Meet to "admin mode" (through the local management website), then you reboot, Leddura 2Meet displays a black screen while it should display a login page.
• Improved Dutch GUI language in combination with the Exchange connection.

Wireless display:

• If you connect and then disconnect from Mirrorop (sender) several times, Leddura 2Meet becomes slow due to an abnormal CPU consumption.

Videoconferencing:

• Sometimes, the envelope does not appear.

The following issues have been resolved:

Miscellaneous:

• If you change the source of the screen (HDMI1, HDMI2, etc.), screen resolution does not fit automatically.
• Sometimes, you get a black background, instead of the image background.
• Sometimes, keyboard does not appear.
• Sometimes, when you close the meeting, the left panel does not close.

Videoconferencing:

• If an anonymous attendee connects to a Skype conference, its name does not correctly appears when you want to send an email.
• When you're in a call and you launch the whiteboard or the wireless display, screen sharing does not automatically starts. You need to relaunch the whiteboard or the wireless display.
• If you share the whiteboard, the remote attendee can not control it through its Skype for business.
• The Skype sharing bar ("connecting") keeps appearing when you hang up.
• If the webcam or the microphone are not connected at startup, there's no error message while you should get an error message.

Web browser:

• When you play a YouTube video, the quality is poor.

• When you want to start a Skype for Business planned meeting from Leddura 2Meet, the meeting starts in a unstable state.

The following issues have been resolved:

Miscellaneous:

• If I change the system language from the web admin page, the language do not change.
• On some screens, if I change the screen sleeping mode delay from the web admin page, it does nothing.
• When switching source (HDMI1, HDMI2, etc.), sometimes, meetings do not appear on the home page.
• On Leddura 2Meet screen says "no network" when starting while the network is up.

Version 2.0.17332 (November, 2017)

Miscellaneous:

• If I create a meeting with files (e.g. png files in my signature), it opens theses files when I start the meeting even though it should not.

• When I terminate a call while calling, it keeps ringing.

• The "send mail" feature does not work because there is an "empty" email.

• Sometimes, Leddura 2Meet says there is no network even when this is not the case.

Videoconference:

• When I end a call, it continues ringing.

• If a whiteboard is selected, in some case, you might not be able to save the whiteboard.

• When we switch while in screen-sharing mode, sharing turns off and then on again when it should always be on.

• If Leddura 2Meet receives a direct call, the first remote attendee might not be able to display their webcam (even if they close/restart the webcam).

• When conferencing with more than 6 attendees, some of the webcams do not appear.

• Favorites are not working well. Sometimes, they do not disappear while the favorite icon is inactivated. We replaced favorites with a pin/unpin button, which is much simpler for the user.

• For some contacts, the Skype presence status appears as "green" even if the contact does not exist.

• After 10 to 20 minutes, for some Leddura 2Meets, the Skype screen sharing interrupts for 10 to 20 seconds. Now, it does not interrupts anymore (It may keeps interrupting on the remote attendee side for some seconds)

Whiteboard:

• If a whiteboard is selected, in some cases, you might not be able to save the whiteboard.
• The template scroller doesn't fit the screen well. The bottom template is cropped in the list.

Cloud platform:

• Some Leddura 2Meets could not be configured remotely (the "configure" button is deactivated) while they are running the latest version and they are connected.

 

Version 2.0.17303 (November, 2017)

New features:

Whiteboard:

• Whiteboard ink has been improved.
• You can now move, rotate and resize images using simple gestures.
• You can now apply a canvas to the whiteboard. Canvas can be added through your Leddura 2Meet's administration website.

 

 

Videoconference:

• The third participant is now positioned in the bottom right.

Room booking:

• If a user is late to a meeting, the meeting is automatically cancelled after a certain period of time. This time is configurable through the web interface. By default, it is deactivated.

• You can now slide the meetings from Leddura 2Meet's home screen to see the next or previous meetings (for a 3-day period).

Cloud platform:

• You can now manage your Leddura 2Meet units from a single cloud platform. Contact us in case want to know more.

Miscellaneous:

• You can now start the keyboard at any time with a simple gesture. Just slide the screen bottom-to-top with one finger, as shown below:

The following issues have been resolved:

Miscellaneous:

• If you use a proxy, you are unable to access the web.
• Keyboard was French by default while it should have been English.

Wireless display:

• Sometimes, if the IP Address of Leddura 2Meet changes, the IP displayed on the home screen changes also, while the IP address on the wireless display tutorial does not.

Videoconference:

• When using the "envelope" to invite an external attendee, the local webcam was not working (stays black).

 

Version 2.0.17258 (September, 2017)

New features:

Whiteboard:

• The color palette has been improved. You can now annotate then screen capture your annotations.

• Now you get one page when you send your whiteboard pages via email (instead of one page per whiteboard).

Miscellaneous:

• Leddura 2Meet now displays (in real time) its network and performance status.
• If the network is too slow while you are in a video conference, Leddura 2Meet will display a warning.

 

The following issues have been resolved:

Wireless display:

• The code might be wrong sometimes, especially if you use the wireless display several times during the same session.
• Sometimes the screen-sharing app is all white (you can't present anything).

Videoconference:

• Sometimes, the local webcam is black.
• When the 2Meet receives a call, the user panel pops up when it should not.
• When you're in a call and you hang up, it takes time for the whiteboard (or other app) to fit to the full screen.
• Sometimes, names do not appear correctly on the ribbon while in video conference.
• Pictures in the contact list leave and return when we do a search and are waiting for several minutes.

Whiteboard:

• Sometimes, the last whiteboard is not exported as pdf.
